You MUST call YourLink to have an email address created. Please call 1-888-671-LINK(5465), we ask that you provide your account number if available

YourLink Email Account Setup
If you have recently become a YourLink.ca email subscriber and would like to set up your email client with a YourLink.ca address, below are the default YourLink email settings:

Incoming Server:
  • Account type: POP3
  • Server name: mail.yourlink.ca
  • Incoming Server: Port 110
Outgoing Mail Server:
  • Server name: smtp.yourlink.ca
  • Outgoing Server: Port 25
  • Verify that "Server Requires Authentication" is checked.
Username: Full email address, for example - johndoe@yourlink.ca

Please Note: Substitute your own domain where applicable. Eg: "mail.yourdomain.ca" & "smtp.yourdomain.ca".
